By accessing or purchasing DecodedMind at decoded-mind.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use our products or services.

DecodedMind is a digital product owned and operated by The Identity Simulator LLC, a Florida limited liability company. When these terms refer to we, us, or our they mean The Identity Simulator LLC.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and access DecodedMind. By purchasing you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

To access DecodedMind you must create an account after purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, keep your login credentials secure and confidential, notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, and be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine in our sole discretion are being used fraudulently or inappropriately.

DecodedMind is available as a one-time purchase at $17. Payment is processed at the time of purchase and access is granted immediately upon successful payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service available at stripe.com/terms.

Due to the digital nature of this product all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchases of DecodedMind. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

In the event of a technical error resulting in duplicate charges or failed delivery of access please contact us at support@theidentitysimulator.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

All content within DecodedMind — including but not limited to text, copy, design, graphics, and educational material — is the intellectual property of The Identity Simulator LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited non-exclusive non-transferable license to access and use DecodedMind for your own personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from DecodedMind, share your login credentials with others, use our content for commercial purposes without written permission, or reproduce or redistribute any portion of the ebook in any format.

DecodedMind is an educational and personal development resource designed to support self-awareness and personal growth. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or therapy.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for DecodedMind.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Identity Simulator LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of DecodedMind, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of DecodedMind after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DecodedMind at any time and for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms or fraudulent activity. Upon termination your right to access DecodedMind ceases immediately.

These Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and The Identity Simulator LLC regarding your purchase and use of DecodedMind and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
